Something else on your mind?
Our team is happy to help

Is there a charge for a session?

Our community CPR and AED awareness sessions are free. Donations are entirely optional and help support our volunteers and equipment. You do not need to donate to request or attend a session.

Who can request a session?

Schools, workplaces, clubs, community organisations and private groups can request a session. Tell us about your audience, including the age range where relevant, so our team can discuss a suitable session with you.

How long will the session last?

Our team will agree the session length with you when arranging the booking. If you have a particular time limit or format in mind, include it in your request.

What does our venue need?

Please tell us about the space available, access arrangements, parking and any equipment you already have. We will discuss what is needed for your group before confirming the session.

Why do I need to suggest several times?

Our sessions depend on volunteer availability. At least three possible start times, ideally across different days, give the local team more opportunities to find a time that works. Your session is booked when we email you a confirmation.

Is this an accredited first aid course?

These are community CPR and AED awareness sessions. If you need an accredited workplace first aid qualification, please contact an accredited training provider.

How do I change my request?

Use the secure link in your NWFRG email, or choose Manage request and enter your session ID and contact email to receive a fresh link. You can edit details and suggested dates without logging in. Changes to confirmed bookings need approval from our team.
